Playing Dress Up and Painting Pumpkins

This past weekend we got to have some fall fun with our friends. On Friday night we went to the Inaugural Gala for the new President of the university where I work and Andy goes to school. On Saturday night we got together with our Sunday School class and painted pumpkins. It was a beautiful fall weekend.

Andy painted his pumpkin to look like an armadillo. We’ve been calling him a Pumpkadillo. He looks out over our living room disapprovingly for now. I feel like there should be a meme for that.

My pumpkin design is a little more boring and normal but I turned a paisley into a whale to add a little whimsy. 😉
